The ¡°Tian Chao Huang¡± restaurant of
Yuexiu Grand Hotel consists of 9 elegantly appointed boxes, including
Mei Yuan, Tao Yuan, Ju Yuan etc. It can accommodate 200 guests for
their banquets, refreshments and buffets. It mainly offers Cantonese
style Chiu Chao delicacies, including its 10 name-brand dishes,
namely, Abalone and poultry in casserole, strong soup stewed shark¡¯s
fin with chicken, tonic soup stewed shark¡¯s meat with soft bone,
brand Feng Cha chicken, Russia deep sea fish¡¯s head, braised prawn
in Chuan Zhi,, Bai Xue Cang Long, stewed crab with vermicelli in
casserole, braised sea food in shark¡¯s soup. The hotel won ¡°Best
